  • My Activation Code is expired or invalid Linking codes expire after 10 minutes for security reasons. Generate a fresh alphanumeric code on your TV screen inside the AXOM Player menu.
  • Downloader shows "URL not found" on Fire Stick Ensure you are typing the complete absolute download path: https://axomplayer.com/downloads/firestick/axomplayer-firestick-latest.apk.
  • How do I resolve device limit errors? Premium allows up to 5 concurrent connected screens. Log in to your future account page to revoke access to older, unused screens.

How do I sideload the APK on my Android TV box?

On your Android TV box, open Google Play Store, download the "Downloader" app or a standard file transfer utility. Enable developer installations under Settings > Device Preferences > Security > Unknown Sources. Access the URL https://axomplayer.com/downloads/android-tv/axomplayer-androidtv-latest.apk to complete the setup.

Will there be a Google Play Store or Amazon Store release?

Yes. Following our current beta testing and debugging cycle, we plan to submit AXOM Player directly to the official Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore, eliminating the need to sideload manually via Downloader in future versions.

How does premium restore work?

Once you link your screen with an account that has an active payment subscription, your screen will automatically gain access. There is no manual licensing input required; everything is verified securely via our Supabase REST endpoints.

I loaded an M3U but my channels are not loading

Ensure that the M3U link is correctly formatted and actively online. Since AXOM Player does not supply channels, check with your playlist provider to ensure their server is not experiencing degraded performance or requiring specific User-Agent headers.
